A bakery is being built at the Ubuntu Nation Project thanks to an initiative by an American organization. Work has already begun and, in parallel, a campaign by a couple of Brazilian sponsors, with the support of their own enterprise, is raising donations to equip the bakery space. The Divino Pão campaign aims to integrate 30 sheltered people from the project who will be trained in the activity and will be able to turn it into a source of income. The estimate is to produce an average of 10,000 loaves of bread a day, which will also be used to feed people in the Dzaleka Refugee Camp.
Fraternity Without Borders has launched a social sponsorship for the Ubuntu Choir initiative, part of the Ubuntu Nation Project. With donations of R$20, the aim is to offer a cultural incentive for the launch of the first musical album by the Ubuntu Choir, made up of 100 war refugees, both men and women. Those who participate in the social sponsorship with a one-off donation of R$20 will have access to a track from the album and those who contribute monthly will have access to the full album containing eight unreleased songs.
and this time I was able to be physically present with like-minded people on this caravan to Malawi. An exchange of love, smiles and fraternity. I'm happy and grateful for this opportunity and to be sure that what really matters is how much you give of yourself to help others,"
